Phoebe is an International Welsh Hockey Player who plays as a forward. Phoebe was born and raised in Knighton, Wales and is a multi talented all around sportswoman having played football for England at Under 15 and Under 17 levels, her grandmother is of English descent which allowed her to play for England. She played football with Birmingham City and could easily have played at international senior level.
Once Phoebe turned her attention fully to hockey, she played for Buckingham from 2015 to 2019 in the English Hockey League, she is now playing for Clifton Robinsons. During 2012 she made her international debut for Wales in the Celtic Cup. Phoebe is an integral part of the Welsh team and has represented her country in the 2014 and 2018 Commonwealth Games. She has been capped by her country over 100 times so far.
Phoebe has remarkably combined her sporting success and commitments with a full time role working for Aston Martin Lagonda at their new factory in South Wales at St Athan where she is a Senior Group Leader working on the stunning new Aston Martin DBX.
Phoebe is a perfect ambassador for Jonny Moore, she is hugely talented, yet modest and understated and very approachable to all her many supporters. Phoebe is so humble, you would never know she is a 100 cap plus international sports star.
